Teens engaged in a two week hands-on culinary arts training led by professional chefs from the Genesis Center.
Participants learned cooking techniques, menu preparation, dining etiquette, and toured an active professional kitchen at the Capital Grille before feasting on a tasting menu. As part of the kitchen safety portion of the workshop, participants had the opportunity to earn a ServSafeⓇ Food Handler Certificate.
