Lo Que Trajimos – What We Brought With Us
Teen Creative Fellowship exhibition
Joan T. Boghossian Gallery, 3rd Floor
What We Brought With Us" is an exhibition by Teen Creative Fellowship artist Adaliz Rivera, a high school junior, that explores personal and community stories connected to the Dominican residents of Providence.
Through research, hand built sculptural installations, sound, and storytelling, Adaliz honors Dominican culture, migration, memory, and the meaning of finding home. Each piece invites visitors to reflect on identity, belonging, and the stories we carry with us.
