ESL/Family Literacy | en español

RIFLIThe Rhode Island Family Literacy Initiative (RIFLI) is a first-step English language literacy program for adults and their children (ages 3-10) offered at five public library systems in Rhode Island. The program offers English as a Second Language (ESL), citizenship preparation and computer instruction, as well as children's programming, student resource support and links to library resources and services.
